Long Island City residents, Jillian Tangen and Rebekah Witzke, met as neighbors and discovered they shared a common vision of seeing LIC flourish. They also agreed that the neighborhood was sorely lacking when it came to retail. What began as an exploratory conversation quickly turned into LIC:living- Long Island City’s premier shopping destination where every product tells a story.
